AirSys – clean and precise feeding

Transport feed hygienically with air pressure – preserving quality and nutritional value.
AirSys provides flexibility, precision, and consistent quality from silo to barn.

The future alternative to conveyor systems

When hygiene, precision, and flexibility make the difference

Precision feeding all the way through

AirSys is a modern portion feeding system that uses air instead of chains to transport feed.
This means a simple design with no chain links, drive units, or corners where feed can accumulate. The result is high hygiene, consistent feeding quality, and full precision in every delivery.
The system can be used in all barn sections – from weaners to sows and finishers – and can be adapted to both new and existing facilities.

Smooth feed transitions with MultiPhase

Even in its standard version, AirSys can handle smooth transitions between feed mixes.
This allows you to optimise your feeding strategy according to the animals’ needs while reducing both waste and feed costs.

AirSys Welfare – feed and bedding in one system

AirSys can be combined with the Welfare solution, where both feed and rooting material are distributed through the same air-based system – naturally to separate outlets.
This means easy operation, low labour requirements, and improved animal welfare.

More than a portion feeding system

AirSys handles multiple herd groups within the same system and can distribute both dry and wet feed. Water is added only at the outlet, ensuring that feed is always transported dry through the pipes.
This guarantees maximum hygiene without loss of nutritional value or risk of fermentation.
With individual dosing and precise feed curves, optimal feeding is ensured at every feeding point – efficient, flexible, and reliable.

AirSys – precision that pays off

With AirSys, you get a flexible and hygienic feeding system that ensures consistent quality in every portion and supports better growth, animal welfare, and profitability.
Whether your focus is simple daily operation, optimal feed efficiency, or advanced feeding strategies, AirSys is a future-ready solution.
